Do-It-Yourself...
The is a Double Sided Picture charm that is hinged.This makes it reusable...Just open the hinge and put in new photos. Super Cute.

I just dipped my kids hands in paint and made handprints on a piece of white paper then scanned that image...also I add the year on the charm.
The charms hang of a Chunky Chain w/ charms dangling of a toggle clasp.
